The Ataxia Awareness Society (AAS) successfully organized a webinar on ‘Anger Management’ on 16th January via Google Meet. The session was conducted by Mr. Kedar Latke, and the guest speaker was renowned psychologist Mrs. Mrunal Joshi.
The webinar aimed to provide Ataxia patients with valuable insights into understanding and managing anger effectively. Mrs. Mrunal Joshi shared practical strategies and coping mechanisms tailored to the unique challenges faced by individuals living with Ataxia. She emphasized the importance of emotional regulation, self-awareness, and stress management techniques to improve overall well-being.
