With the progress of the disease Ataxia patient often suffer from speech and swallowing problems. Because of slurred speech they are unable to communicate with others.In severe cases even their care takers are unable to understand them.A webinar was arranged by AAS to guide the ataxia patients how to cope up with these problems.The webinar was arranged on Sunday, 3rd January 2021 at 4.30 pm. Spech therapy doctors,Dr.Mansi Karnad and Dr. Tanvi Sanghvi of All India Inst. Of Speech and Hearing demonstrated some exercises to improve the in speech and swallowing.They also discussed about AAC techniques for easy communication
